Measure the circumference of your head in a straight line about one finger above your eyebrows and ears. This measurement serves as a guideline for choosing the correct helmet size. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is often better to choose the larger size and combine it with a thicker inner lining for added comfort and safety.
Please note that all measurements are approximate. Every head is unique, and the information provided should be considered as a general guide only.
If you're unsure, try the helmet on. It should surround your head without causing pressure or discomfort. The top of the helmet should sit level. There should be no more than a finger-width space between your eyebrows and the helmet’s edge. A properly fitting helmet should sit snugly on your head.
This can be tested in a few simple ways:
The stay-tight test: Move the helmet with your hands. If it fits properly, the skin on your forehead should move with the helmet’s inner lining. If the helmet slides freely over your skin, it’s likely too big or not the right shape for your head.
The shake test: With the chin strap unfastened, shake your head up and down. If the helmet shifts or moves, it is probably too large.
