Foot measurement: Please measure both feet, as the measurements are often not identical. To do this, stand barefoot on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, making sure the paper also touches the wall. Then trace the outline of both feet (see image). Now measure from the longest toe to the heel (end of the paper). Add 1 cm/10 mm to the measurement of the longer foot. This result is the so-called inner shoe length. For example, if your longer foot measures 22.8 centimeters (228 millimeters), you calculate 22.8 + 1.0 for an inner shoe length of 23.8 centimeters. In the table, look in the column “Foot + 1 cm = up to” for the corresponding measurement and find the correct shoe size in the same row. Important: If you are unsure which size to choose, always select the next larger size. UK measurements are rounded to the nearest size.
